It's like an FM radio station, except online, and Ardentic!

Welcome to Radio Ardent, the world's most wonderful radio station, ONLINE! Allow me to break this up into a few sections: Tuning in, Show Listing, and Archives. Also, please give a special thanks to Citizen Zell Faze, he is my official Radio Technician. He was quite kind and helpful when it came to setting this radio station up. Everyone, say thanks to him if you get a chance.

-Tuning In-
There are a total of three ways to tune in to Radio Ardent. You could try using Ogg Vorbis encoding, M3U playlist encoding, or a web-based Java Client. It all really depends on your OS, codecs, etc... Below is a nifty list of clients for various protocols. If you're not sure which to pick, I'll tack on a quick summary at the end here.

Application Operating System
Download Link
Winamp 2.x, 5.x Windows

Foobar2000 Windows

MPlayer Windows/Mac/Unix

VLC Windows/Mac/Unix

Zinf Unix/Windows

XMMS
Unix

Xine
Unix

On windows, I suggest using either Winamp or Foobar2000. On Mac, I have no idea, perhaps VLC? On Linux/Unix, use XMMS.
Anyway, as previously stated, there are three different ways to tune in - Ogg, M3U, and Java web client. If you are unsure what to use, I suggest using M3U, that's compatible with most people anyway. If you are certain you have Ogg support, feel free to use the ogg file. If you have no idea still and refuse to download one of the above programs, you may try the Java Client, that might work for you.

If things just don't seem to be working still, then you may not have the correct codecs. Poke around on http://www.vorbis.com/ and see what you can find about your specific problem. Most players/OSs come with support for this stuff, but you never know. Perhaps you need to download something. The "Get set up to listen to Ogg Vorbis" links on the homepage of that aforementioned site should be pretty useful if you're having issues.

- Show Listing -
We cannot afford to run the radio 24/7, bandwidth and power is just too costly. So, we'll be having scheduled broadcast days where we will have exciting shows with all sorts of mentally stimulating talk, news, etc... on it. Show listing and times below:
--The Kingly Show - Wednesdays at 7:00PM Eastern Standard Time

- Archives -
In case you missed an episode of one of our radio shows, below is a list of all of our episodes in .mp3 format. Perfect for mp3 players or something like that. Wonderful, right?
